As the Managing Partner of Synergy Wellness Group, her goal is to guide clients who feel stuck, teaching them through both her lived experience and her professional expertise.

Thoughtful and encouraging, she helps individuals visualize their potential and identify the next steps toward achieving their goals. By relating personally to her clients, she helps them recenter and recognize the strengths that often get lost in the whirlwind of professional and family life. Celebrating her clients exactly where they are, Cindy encourages them to reclaim their confidence and see a path forward with clarity. 

Her work is grounded in her education as a BodyMind and ICF Certified Coach. This combination pairs rigorous, professional coaching credentials with specialized training in holistic, somatic, and body-centered transformation. Alongside her coaching, Cindy offers immersive experiences that blend yoga, writing, and reflection - designed to root you deeply and help you grow.
