Cyclebreakers Retreats

A Sample Retreat Day Schedule:
Around 8am breakfast appears and you move slowly into your morning. Maybe sitting on the porch and watching our wildlife wild. Maybe you even find yourself by the fire pit.
At 9am, you move your body in the way it calls to you. Maybe a walk, maybe some led yoga, maybe a quick paddle via kayak or even a paddle board. (Hey! Sometimes we get 75 degree days in February in NC, or like last year, solid ice, it’s an adventure!)
Around 9:30am we gather for our opening and then you are off to your writing wherever your intention leads you.
Lunch will be served around 12:30pm and we will break until 2pm so you can do what you need. Afterall, the point is to be rejuvenated, not exhausted when you leave.
2pm begins your second writing sprint of the day.
I am “around” writing myself and always available for coaching in whatever capacity you need.
4pm brings more movement, or not, whatever your body is craving, I trust you to listen to her.
4:30 is our wrap-up where we share our experience in community.
Evenings are yours for dinner, (always tons of left-overs or you can order in or go out in Troutman) more writing, community fire-pit time, whatever serves you best.
